SHIPPING
All orders will be prepared and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt.
Orders are only dispatched/prepared once the financial transaction has been confirmed by bank transfer.
A shipment is considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer.
Shipments are sent by registered and recorded mail for both national and international shipments.
The approximate delivery date is between 6 and 8 days for domestic shipments and 10 to 15 days for international shipments.
From the 1st of July 2021, purchases to customers in mainland Spain, as well as any other country of the European Union, are subject to the payment of Value Added Taxes as well as other associated costs regardless of the amount of the purchase.
According to the usual postal procedure (may undergo modifications) the delivery will consist of a first delivery attempt, which, if not produced, post office will send a text message or mail to the addressee, according to the source of contact that is attached to the package, informing him that a second attempt of delivery will be carried out in the following working day. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the post office will leave a notice with the delivery code, the address of the office where it has been deposited and the period of permanence in the office. Once this period has elapsed, the package will be returned to Threesixteenjewels. Therefore, a new shipment of the same, will suppose, on the part of the buyer, the full payment of the new shipment.
VERY IMPORTANT: Please indicate your delivery address correctly when placing the order. Any change of address once the order has been sent will result in a surcharge equivalent to the total cost of the shipment, as well as a delay in the delivery of your order.
