RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We show you how to return your purchase at www.Threesixteenjewels.com:
Send an email to Threesixteenjewels@gmail.com to request your return. You must indicate your name, email, telephone number and order number. We would appreciate it if you could tell us the reason for the return (we always want to improve).
You must prepare the items you want to return in their original packaging, including the order receipt inside.
You will have to go to the nearest post office and send the product by registered letter (to guarantee the arrival of the product).
You are guaranteed by law the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without giving any reason, for most of the products during 14 calendar days from the day you have received the product.
NOTE: for returns you will receive a refund within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product which we will confirm by email, you will be able to see it on your bank statement within 5-7 working days from the issue of the refund.
Who pays the return costs?
If the product is damaged upon receipt the shipping costs will be charged to Threesixteenjewels, on the other hand if the customer makes a mistake when ordering or wants to exchange it for another product the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Threesixteenjewels will not accept returns of any products that have been used or show signs of wear and tear. We recommend that all customers thoroughly check their purchase at the time of delivery and before removing any attached labels or discarding the original packaging.
Please note that international customs and sales taxes will not be refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of dispatch of the returned items. The cost of any unused, undamaged, properly returned product will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.
